The protection of your personal data is important to me. This notice explains how I process personal data when you visit this website or contact me via the contact form.

2. Processing when visiting this site

This site is served as a static page. No trackers, no analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and no marketing cookies are used. No personal data about you is stored as long as you don't actively use the contact form.

When you access the site, the hosting provider records technical server log files (IP address, timestamp, user agent). These data are processed solely to ensure operation and to defend against misuse (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) and are deleted after a maximum of 7 days.

3. Web fonts

All web fonts (League Gothic, Barlow, DM Serif Display) are served locally. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other external font services — your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.

4. Contact form

When you use the contact form, your local mail client opens with a pre-filled message. Your data (name, email, occasion, date, message) only leaves your device once you send the mail yourself. I process these data solely to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR — pre-contractual steps).

The data are deleted once your enquiry has been conclusively processed — at the latest after 24 months, provided no contractual relationship arises.

5. Your rights

You have the right at any time to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 ff. GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Berlin that is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

For disclosure or deletion an informal email to hallo@goldenpineapple.berlin is sufficient.

6. Linked external services

Links to external platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) are included as simple text links. No data is embedded or transmitted to these services in advance. Only when you click a link will you be taken to the external site — where the respective provider's privacy policy applies.
